How much does it cost to attend a screening?
Tickets to our regular screenings are $12.97 for general admission and $10.80 for members, seniors, students, and Friends of CJSW.
You can become a member by signing up for our mailing list!
Or, save more than $20 on general admission by purchasing 5 Film Credits ($43.22)!
Where can I buy tickets?
You can buy tickets online through our Showpass profile (ticketing fees apply) or at the door (Visa and Mastercard only).
How do I redeem my Five Film Credits online?
1. Check your email for the Five Film Credit purchase confirmation containing your credit code from Showpass.
The email will come from no-reply@showpass.com with the subject line “Order confirmation - YOUR NAME”
You’ll need to use the code to pre-purchase tickets online for each individual screening.
You will receive an email that looks like this containing your ticket credit code.
2. To pre-purchase tickets, head to our Showpass page and choose a film. Tap "Buy Tickets".
If you are signed into your Showpass account the popup below will appear. Choose any ticket type.
Your pass will work for either ticket type.
3. If you are not signed in to Showpass you will be prompted to sign in. On the next page you will have the option of using your pass. Tap the red button containing your pass code, or tap the button “Enter Promo, Discount or Credit Code” and paste in your code.
Once applied, your review transaction page should look like this:
Next confirm your email address on the purchaser page, then hit the final Confirm button on the next page to complete the transaction.
At the box office, please present the ticket and we’ll scan the QR code. You will have received it via email as a PDF. If have the Showpass app, your tickets will also be accessible from there.
Your ticket credit code can be used for all of our regular screenings online!
Your ticket credit info will also be stored in your Showpass account under Credits.
Select your username in the top right corner. In the drop down menu select Credits to view your Five Film Credits.
How do I redeem my five film credit in person?
If you haven’t pre-purchased a ticket online, you need to:
Arrive at least 15 minutes before the screening time.
Present the email used to purchase your Five Film Credit Pass at the box office so we can access your credits.
